How many blood samples will they take? Until you're dry as a desert?

Are you kidding me? Where is this? This is such an affront to liberties!

It shouldn't be a lot. I had bloodwork done every month when I was on seizure meds. I hated it.

Compared to a picture of a bunch of (i presume really desprate "21+") teenagers which were drinking LISTERINE. its got alcohol, but how (taking a word from catcher in the rye) phony can it be?

Listerine contains isopropyl and/or ethanol alcohol. Careful how much you drink.

My more desperate drunks just stick with Taaka Vodka, or steal liquor from local stores. I know Listerine is a pretty common drink, though, just not in the town where I work.
As for the blood sample. The Supreme Court had some interesting things to say about warrantless seizures of evidence in DUI cases. As someone that's had hundreds of people stabbed for blood in DUI and drug cases, and obtained warrants for big and small cases and knows how long that can take, I think the Supreme Court is a little out of touch on this one.
